Sabtour(Tatilay) Turkey has been established in 2007 within an International Travel Holding. Our operational activities are still growing by each year which the operation was first started in 2007 in Antalya Airport base, followed by Dalaman Airport in year 2008, Bodrum Airport in 2010 and Erzurum Airport as a ski resort in year 2011.Year by year we grow our operation to Istanbul, Nevsehir(Cappadocia), Kusadası, Pamukkale & Izmir. Our company is serving in the independent private building of its own. Our company ; which has been member of international and regional tourism associations such as TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) , SKAL (lnternational Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals) , STB ( Sport Tourism Association) and SAYD (Association of Travel Agency Managers). We have been awarded by tourism media in the name of service quality based on our guests demands, with many years of experience and with its proffessional young dynamic staff. Increasing guest numbers and confidence based long term relations with tour operator companies present the proof of customer satisfaction. Our service concept is based on a high detailed planning period which is formed with the importance we give to our tour operator’s and guest’s demands and suggestions. Our educated and experienced office staff assist for each kind of subjects to our tour operators which serve in Russia-Germany-Romania-Moldova-Jordan-Kazakhstan-Iran-Ukraine-Azerbaijan, in several language of each related country is spoken in our office. SABTOUR has expireanced team fo MICE 2018 and 2019 we made a mice group with number 7000 pax in 10 days it was the biggest mice group when ever we did. We have expiranced team for sport tourism soccer golf .Our company has 2 quantity of 46 seat bus, 4 quantity of 27 seat midibus, 4 quantity of 17 seat minibus, 5 quantity of 5 seat VIP vehicles. We have also, 17 quantity of automobiles for representatives of our tour operators to serve them during their hotel visiting programs. All our vehicles are below 4 years of age and the drivers are consistently supervised within the quality management’s educational program. Our company has applied to qualify for quality management system certification namely TS EN ISO 9001:2000 in latest months of year 2014. It will be a pleasure for us to welcome our guests with our ISO Certification in 2018. Additionally, by representative offices we serve all around Turkey under control of our supervisiors also in Marmaris,Bodrum,Erzurum and in İstanbul we have branch offices serving to CIS market guests however it will be available to our entire market guests, next years upon request.
